We accept most insurance plans.   In fact, since we became a Division of ProHEALTH Care Associates, LLP even those CRSA physicians who had previously dropped plans are now accepting them! We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible to all our patients.  We still suggesst that you call ahead to make sure we accept your specific plan.

Full payment for Colon and Rectal Surgical Associates' (CRSA's) services is due at the time of your visit. If applicable, please be prepared to pay your co-payment and/or any co-insurance at the time of your visit.

It is important that you understand the terms of your insurance coverage. Review your handbook for information about copay, deductible, co-insurance and other coverage issues. In particular, please check with your insurance carrier regarding their referral policy. It is the patient's responsibility to obtain any necessary referrals prior to his/her appointment.

We accept most major credit cards. While the cost of services is ultimately the responsibility of the patient, our business office is available to construct payment arrangements, if necessary, for anyone who may need assistance.
